I am a fifth-year UNSW BMed/MD student and Scientia Scholar with a strong interest in academic medicine and clinically translational research. I have recently completed my Honours thesis in neurosurgical outcomes research, analysing patient-reported outcomes in sacroiliac joint fusion cohorts, with a focus on patients with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. My research experience thus far spans spine surgery, neurology, and psychiatry, including registry-based studies, qualitative research, and systematic reviews. I am particularly interested in research-integrated clinical training and pursuing a career that combines specialist practice with high-impact clinical research.
