Vinayak an MBBS graduate from the Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences (NAIHS) with a strong interest in surgery, particularly orthopaedics. I currently serve as the Networking Lead at the Global Surgery Simulation Center, where I coordinate institutional collaborations and support surgical skills–based simulation programs. I am also a member of iSpire Global Innovations, working on the development of a sustainable, low-cost arthroscopic simulation model aimed at improving orthopaedic training for residents in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). My interests lie in combining clinical practice, research, and simulation-based education to strengthen orthopaedic training and surgical capacity.
