Aditya is a Junior Orthopaedic Registrar currently working at Ipswich Hospital in Queensland. He has a strong passion for addressing inequitable outcomes after Orthopaedic surgery, which he has observed firsthand during the two years he spent serving the Toowoomba community in Queensland. He has plans to become an academic-clinical surgeon, and is set to start his PhD at the University of Adelaide, exploring the impact of bariatric surgery on outcomes after Joint replacement surgery. His work focuses on developing empirical evidence to inform surgical decision-making and optimise surgical outcomes for patients undergoing Total Hip and knee joint replacements.
