Dale Edwick, PhD, is a senior physiotherapist in the State Adult Burns Unit at Fiona Stanley Hospital and has worked caring for patients with burn injury since 2014. He is a teaching and early career research academic in the School of Allied Health at Curtin University. He is also the 2026 Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital Group / Curtin School of Allied Health post-doctoral fellow, defining skin interface pressures delivered by different applications of compression, building on his doctoral research investigating proactive management of acute burn oedema, to optimise healing of burn injury.
