Dr. Lia Tagulinao is a surgeon who recently completed her plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery training at East Avenue Medical Center in the Philippines. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, she earned her Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, both cum laude. Her clinical interests include craniofacial reconstruction, burns, and aesthetic surgery. She has been involved in the Operation Smile Australia Craniofacial Mission in Manila for the past three years, working in collaboration with her training institution to deliver reconstructive care in resource-limited settings.
