Dr Rachel Robertson is a SET 5 General Surgical Trainee currently completing her training in Te Tai Tokerau (Northland), New Zealand. Originally from sunny Nelson, she has a keen interest in health equity, acute care general surgery, trauma, and colorectal surgery. Dr Robertson has contributed to evidence-based surgical research, including Cochrane systematic reviews. She is passionate about improving patient outcomes through both clinical practice and research and looks forward to presenting about surgical excision for those with proximal mesenteric small bowel neuroendocrine tumours.
