I am a surgical registrar currently working at Royal Perth Hospital with broad exposure to emergency and elective general surgery. I have a strong interest in clinical governance , perioperative decision making and improving patient outcomes through evidence based practice. I am also commited to ongoing surgical education and contributing to the wider surgical community through academic engagement. This paper examines the role of contrast enhanced mammography as an accurate modality to assess pathological complete response in patients with breast cancer who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy prior to downgrading to wide local excision. I am committed to ongoing surgical education and clinically relevant research.
