Dr Quinn is now a retired Vascular Surgeon. who was previously Director of Vascular Surgery at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. He has also been Chair of the Training Board in Vascular Surgery, Senior Examiner of Vascular Surgery and President of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Vascular Surgery. He served on RACS Council for two years before being appointed Executive Director for Surgical Affairs, a position he has held for some years covering many aspects of RACS activities.
